Another superior product is Yale Techtronix electronically controlled transmissions offer excellent durability and performance. Yale Hi-Vis mast incorporates superior visibility, innovative design and engineering and solid construction. All parts are manufactured to offer exceptional performance while providing low-maintenance, extended life.
Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Carriage & Reach Assembly
Both the reach assembly and carriage on a narrow aisle truck would undergo significant amounts of stress during a full shift. The high durability of these parts is completely required in order to assure that the forklift maintains high production levels. Yale reach mechanisms are particularly made utilizing heavy-duty components in order to extend long life and total durability of the components. For more durability, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This design feature helps to provide excellent durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Superior visibility is maintained by the open carriage design that offers optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
To be able to force rigidity and durability by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly provides an inner frame that is stronger. This design is made to withstand shocks and vibration during handling loads. There are many thick inner frame side weldments particularly made for more durability.
